We are seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to lead LinkedIn's engagement with the most influential marketing leaders in North America. This opportunity sits at the intersection of Account-Based Marketing, strategic storytelling, and executive engagement and is designed to strengthen LinkedIn's position as a trusted growth partner for CMOs and senior marketing executives. You will lead high-impact programs that extend beyond traditional marketing — crafting meaningful programs and communities that foster long-term relationships with our largest customers. From curating executive forms to facilitating customer engagement at our largest tentpole events, you'll set the standard for how LinkedIn connects with decision-makers at scale.
This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that balances creativity with analytical rigor. You'll oversee workflows spanning internal CoE teams and external vendors to deliver exemplary customer experiences that bring LinkedIn's brand to life. And you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing and sales to deliver integrated programs that influence pipeline, accelerate adoption, and elevate LinkedIn's brand. The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
