We build and evolve LLM and matching systems that enhance LinkedIn's understanding of members, jobs, and skills to improve relevance quality across job products. The team works closely with partner orgs to advance semantic retrieval, generative AI and efficient foundation model adaptation, ensuring that LinkedIn's talent data is leveraged effectively and responsibly to drive long-term business growth. Location: At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role will be based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Key Responsibilities: As a senior AI Manager, you will lead a team of applied scientists and engineers to design and deliver scalable LLM and matching solutions that improve the relevance and quality of LinkedIn's Talent Marketplace. You'll combine people leadership, technical vision, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize team impact.
Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant professional experience. 3+ years of management experience. Bachelors in Computer Science or other technical discipline, or related practical technical experience

Compensation: LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $198,000 - $326,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
