This role will be based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Contract Specialist, who will be responsible to enable and support the Sales Teams and directly contribute towards growth of the business. The incumbent will be working closely with the Relationship Specialist team and lead customer sessions, Training and Onboarding and helping them with insights etc.
Renewal Specialist team APAC, handles close to 650+ accounts, PAN INDIA. 40% of our customers require assistance to increase product adoption to drive the high ROI.
You will be required to identify customer accounts which require immediate attention connect with the program managers and proactively offer training and support. Help new customers onboard and experience a smooth start and increase product adoption.
