We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, your team will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within our newest sales motion, that prospects into online customers and looks to convert them into corporate accounts. You will be a frontline manager of sales development representatives focused on building corporate sales pipeline and achieving individual, team and regional quotas. You will partner closely with marketing on demand generation programs and campaigns and collaborate to develop the corporate sales strategy and drive key initiatives to achieve sales objectives. The right candidate for this role has experience in SaaS sales at the enterprise level, is a passionate coach, has experience managing projects that have successfully scaled and grown, and a leader among their peers.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
