The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Growth Marketing Team is looking for a Lead Generation and Analytics Manager. This role involves analyzing the performance of lead generation efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize results. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams like Sales and Marketing to design, execute, and refine campaigns across multiple channels. The work includes using data and tools to monitor campaign effectiveness, improve funnel conversion, and continuously test new approaches for greater impact.
Responsibilities:
- Assess program results across the broader Lead Gen team, analyze drivers of performance, and proactively recommend and implement opportunities to improve results
- Act as a strategic partner and clearly communicate lead gen program performance and recommended action plan to senior Marketing and Sales stakeholders
- Design new lead gen campaigns (objective, audience, message, etc.) and implement as designed, including defining targeting, building campaign assets, and working with LinkedIn's Marketing Operations team to launch in one or more channels.
- Maintain and improve existing evergreen acquisition campaigns; includes optimizing high performers and decommissioning lower performers.
- Partner with Sales team to increase conversion of Marketing leads to qualified meetings and revenue, including by expanding lead gen entry points, improving lead gen messaging, and optimizing lead routing
- Build and manage reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and funnel conversion across channels, markets, and campaign types
- Evaluate lead progression across the full funnel—from initial interest to Sales conversion—and identify areas for improvement
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, and SalesLoft to surface insights, improve hand-off workflows, and accelerate decision-making
- Test and iterate messaging and campaign workflows using AI tools to uncover insights and drive efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- 2+ years of marketing analytics expertise, with experience managing campaign performance across multiple audiences, channels and formats, interpreting metrics, and making data-driven decisions
- 2+ of experience working with tools like Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, and marketing automation platforms
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen, with ability to understand broader business context and recommend cross-functional solutions spanning Product, Sales and Marketing
- Executive-level communications skills, including to senior Marketing and Sales stakeholders
- Prior Marketing experience in Ad Tech industry
- Experience using AI tools for performance analysis, messaging, or workflow automation
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and marketing-to-sales conversion mechanics
- Experience working across regions or in multilingual campaign environments
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
