Director, GCP Field Marketing

The Director of GCP Field Marketing is a strategic and highly visible leadership role responsible for building and executing a field marketing strategy that deepens our relationships with the world's most influential global customers. This leader will define how LinkedIn shows up as a strategic partner to CHROs, CFOs, and CIOs - demonstrating the value of our Hiring and Learning solutions, delivering AI-led transformation narratives, and capturing untapped market opportunity across global parent companies and their subsidiaries.
This role leads a globally distributed team and works cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Global Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success Leadership, and Global Integrated Marketing to design and execute programs that deepen customer relationships across the segment and unlock new value in high-potential accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing global team of field marketers focused on parent and subsidiary-level execution across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Define and own the global clients field marketing strategy in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Set clear objectives and a marketing plan for TAM capture, centered on customer impact and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Global Marketing leadership to align global client field marketing strategies with go-to-market priorities and the product roadmap, ensuring LinkedIn's solutions are positioned to solve acute needs for our largest global clients.
- Elevate LinkedIn's position with C-level audiences, developing programs that drive strategic engagement and reinforce our leadership in workforce transformation, in partnership with teams such as the Economic Graph, Insights, and Public Policy.
- Design and orchestrate account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to deepen customer engagement and drive incremental revenue - tailored to our largest customers at the parent and subsidiary levels.
- Leverage global programs and integrated channels (e.g., Talent Connect, Executive Briefings, Thought Leadership) to scale field campaigns while ensuring timely, high-value touchpoints throughout the more complex global client customer lifecycle.
- Champion measurement and impact, working with sales and marketing operations to evolve success metrics - and drive actionable decisions based on insights.
- Assess and adapt delivery channels to ensure scale and focus, balancing strategic depth with practical execution across a complex customer base.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years in marketing roles that involve building strategy and go-to-market plans, such as field marketing, product marketing, consulting, integrated marketing, or industry marketing.
- 5+ years hiring, managing and developing both individual contributors and people managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear insights/implications.
- Knowledge of large global clients and their needs.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships to influence and drive initiatives forward.
- Demonstrated understanding and tenure in devised and executed account-based marketing strategies.
- Ability to break down an ambiguous or complex problem, structure a solution and offer recommendations.
- Proven track record of developing and executing high impact go-to-market strategies.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in business discussions.
- Willingness to travel to core markets (~10-20%)

The pay range for this role is $179,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
