Assistant Registry Services Officer Registry (Post Ref.: 25/243)

The Registry is responsible for planning and implementing policies related to academic development and quality assurance, student admissions, registration, records, class scheduling, assessment, and academic policies, as well as administering study programmes and overseeing graduation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the various functions of the Registry including student admissions, timetabling, registration, student records, assessment and programme administration
• Handle student and staff inquiries
• Provide clerical support to committees with efficient communication and documentation
• Provide counter duties with excellence service delivery
• Provide service to the Registry in an effective manner and maintain accurate record-keeping
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability

Requirements

• A post-secondary qualification with relevant administrative experience
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills

Salary and Fringe Benefits

The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
