About LINE MAN Wongnai: Currently LINE MAN Wongnai is expanding its operations into the beauty, dental, and service store businesses such as massage/spa or beauty stores under the JERA brand to support this expansion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage customer and business partner relationships to ensure smooth use of the program and activities.
Monitor JERA system usage, coordinate installation, and manage initial user training for customers.
Provide technical support and assistance to customer admins, gather issues, and coordinate with the development team to improve the system.
Coordinate customer activity and marketing campaign settings and follow up on usage results.
Collect customer feedback and suggestions to develop services, increase satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships.
