Customer Service Representative

Remote position with possibility of transitioning to a hybrid or on-site role as needed by the company.

Perform customer service tasks such as processing orders, tracking product availability, and managing customer inquiries or issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and verify invoices and accounts accurately and on time
• Verify the accuracy of incoming receipts
• Develop and maintain customer relationships professionally
• Generate customer reports as requested (e.g., weekly or monthly reports on delays or invoices)
• Coordinate product availability and work schedules with the warehouse team
• Collaborate with operations for special customer requests; expedite processing if necessary
• Serve as the first point of contact to resolve customer issues
• Maintain and organize documentation in an organized and complete manner
• Collaborate with Inventory and Operations teams to investigate inventory discrepancies or errors

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), depending on the institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (required) and English (an asset)
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift a minimum of 9 kg (20 lb); weight may vary depending on the institution
