Operations Supervisor

You will be instrumental in managing the daily operations of our facility, helping to deliver reliable, high-quality services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of warehouse operatives to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within set timeline.
• Monitoring and optimising warehouse workflows and processes to drive productivity and operational excellence
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Providing regular reporting and performance updates to senior management
• Fostering a positive, co-operative and safety-focused work culture
• Assisting with the training and development of warehouse staff

What we're looking for

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics operations supervisory role
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a logistics environment
• A co-operative and adaptable relationship builder with a focus on continuous improvement
