Maintenance & Engineering Technician I – B Shift (tues 6 PM–4 AM, Thu 12 AM–6 AM & 6 PM–6 AM, Fri 6 PM–6 AM)

Maintenance Technician

Join our maintenance team where you'll use your mechanical skills to help keep our facility running smoothly and safely. In this role, you'll work hands-on with equipment, systems, and tools—learning and growing alongside experienced technicians. We provide the training, tools, and support to help you develop your skills and advance your maintenance career.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems (mechanical, plumbing, and electrical)
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and minor repairs on equipment and building systems under the guidance of experienced technicians and leadership
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on refrigeration and material handling systems following safety and operational standards
• Use power tools, cutting torches, and welding equipment to complete mechanical tasks
• Operate lifts and other equipment to safely perform maintenance throughout the facility
• Take part in ongoing training and skill-building opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical background or trade coursework in areas such as building maintenance, refrigeration, or material handling systems
• Hands-on experience using power and hand tools
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative maintenance team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures (cold or dry storage environments)
• Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends as needed
