What You Will Enjoy Doing*

  • In this role you will engage with customers through calls and/or meetings to understand their needs to make recommendations to sales leadership.
  • You will read and interpret specifications and other technical documents to make recommendations for products to customers.
  • Further, you will provide end to end customer experience including rapid response and technical support to the customer base assigned to you.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate closely with supporting departments including procurement, engineering, operations and finance to support customer needs.
  • You will share voice of the customer (VOC) feedback on pricing, market trends and other feedback to sales leadership to support strategy and grow sales.
  • You will generate proposals, including cost analysis and pricing proposals for customer base.
  • You showcase the ability to self-manage, prioritize work for customers, forecast and communicate account details efficiently.

What Makes You Great

  • BS/BA Degree with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Technical background in materials or engineering is preferred but not required.
  • An ideal candidate would have previous experience in a manufacturing setting and/or materials preferred specifically in metal powders.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in excel and word with moderate to advanced proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing customers and/or client accounts.
  • Track record of successfully growing partnerships with customers and/or client accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work cross-functionally and cooperatively with both on-site staff and customer contacts.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
