What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Assist customer service representatives to help facilitate a sound customer service experience
• Daily assist with paperwork filing, mailings, pulling paperwork to assist with audits
• Use ERP Systems (Oracle) or other business software systems to assist Customer Service Reps, as well as be responsible for uploading electronic record keeping accordingly
• Finalize all paperwork after order is complete to ensure compliance requirements are met by following export or dangerous goods shipping procedures which could include AES filings, following up with freight forwarders, as well as tracking shipments to confirm proof of delivery
• Identify quality issues or other customer problems and inform responsible department
• Generate reports and use spreadsheets to support the customer service team when necessary
• Provide information to management and sales team
• Support Product Flow Manager with Kanban system administration

What Makes You Great

• High School Diploma with 3+ years of customer services related experience, although associates degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Microsoft 365 programs with moderate to advanced proficiency
• Strong proficiency in math, writing, spelling and vocabulary
• Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
