Technical Sales Representative II

Location: Kestra Function: Sales

Objective of the Position: Responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients, where the individual must visit them constantly with a focus on selling Lincoln Service solutions and services, welding consumables, welding machines, and automation solutions for the Industrial segment.

Responsibilities:

• Visit clients in the segment, taking business trips
• Seek new business and close sales
• Participate in the preparation of quotations, contributing to the process
• Focus on new product innovations for the segment
• Utilize Lincoln's management tools like Sales Force, SAP
• Make quotations in SAP and send them to clients
• Update Sales Force weekly by inserting budgets, orders, and visit planning
• Generate strategy with key clients to add to our sales participation
• Develop technical support and marketing for all Lincoln product portfolio to key clients, aiming to exceed their expectations
• Responsible for prospecting and identifying potential projects (business needs and opportunities) within key clients
• Conduct technical and commercial visits for conflict resolutions when necessary
• Lead the relationship of key clients at the national level
• Act and ensure the realization and implementation of plans per client and the company's strategy for integrated solutions sales
• Responsible for account maintenance and relationship with key clients
• Address complaints from key clients regarding the effectiveness of the solution
• Propose solutions and, if necessary, develop new products with the support of the development area

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

• Complete higher education in Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or related fields

Supplementary Education

• Desirable mastery of industrial design tools like CAD
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint tools
• Desirable English and Spanish

Experience

• Desirable minimum 5 years of experience in coatings and manufacturing in the Industrial segment
