Sales Executive Jr
Location: Remote - Brazil Function: Sales
Position Overview
This position focuses on driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in designated regions. The professional will be responsible for conducting visits to promote and sell products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving established goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting client visits in designated regions, focusing on the sale of products and services;
- Meeting established goals by taking actions to meet and exceed them;
- Supporting sales strategies in accordance with the company's commercial policy and the profile of each client;
- Improving the process of individualizing customer service by verifying all their needs;
- Solving customer problems, whether due to inappropriate product use or incorrect product use;
- Considering technical assistance from the LEB team;
- Making all notes, maintaining a file for each client;
- Organizing a plan for more frequent follow-up visits when this need is assessed;
- Paying close attention to the general market trend, reporting clearly, objectively, and in accordance with internal regulations;
- Evaluating prices, products, and conditions offered by competitors;
- Sharing work activities and perceptions with Sales Management and the rest of the structure through appropriate reports;
- Reporting whenever necessary for assistance in effective tactics that contribute to professional development;
- Preparing a daily/weekly activity report containing client and market perspectives;
- Continuously using the Sales Force tool to report opportunities and activities that fall within the role of the Sales Executive, as this tool is the main form of employee evaluation;
- Conducting a monthly review based on sales history, verifying participation in goals;
- Capturing information that contributes to the formation of sales goals and planning for the next year;
- Following up on the management of sales orders until their completion;
- Having an interface with other areas related or integrated with external sales, such as Customer Care, Finance.
Technical Area
Develop basic welding techniques in ARC in the following processes:
- Welding with coated electrodes SMAW.
- Welding with MIG/MAG process.
- Welding with FCAW process.
- Preparation of test body.
- Analysis of product catalogs and competition.
- Basic knowledge of equipment operation.
- Demonstrations with learned processes
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
- Complete Technical Education and/or Undergraduate in Administration, Engineering in related fields.
Additional Education
- Desirable Basic English and/or Spanish, Office Suite, extracurricular certifications and improvements, basic knowledge of ERP.
Experience
- Up to 2 years as a Seller or Technical Consultant;
- Demonstrate basic, conceptual, and practical knowledge about welding equipment and consumables.
