Responsibilities

• Independent processing of customer inquiries (by phone & email)
• Receipt and processing of orders including proactive additional recommendations
• Support and consultation of our existing and new customers in- and abroad – throughout the entire sales process
• Creation of order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents
• Contribution to the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
• Close coordination with the logistics, product development, and marketing departments
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs

Qualification

• Completed economic studies or a completed training in the commercial field (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade management)
• Enthusiasm for our products as well as interest in international customer contacts
• Communication skills, quick comprehension, and networked thinking
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of digital tools (MS Office, ideally also ERP/CRM systems)
