Summary: The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing games and associated systems when malfunction occurs. They will also perform preventive maintenance to all machines to ensure they are functioning accurately. The role will require daily travel throughout a designated territory in and surrounding Williamsburg, Virginia.

1+ year(s) experience with Basic Networking is preferred.
1+ year(s) experience in Customer Service.
An understanding of basic Windows commands (how to access Control Panel, how to change IP settings, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to manage tasks independently.
100% daytime travel required.
