Senior Front-End Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join the team building Nova Backoffice — a multi-operator iGaming platform covering everything from player account management and bonus configuration to executive dashboards and wallet transactions.

You'll help shape the product before it goes live, influence architectural decisions early, and be part of the team that takes it across the finish line.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and evolving Lotus UI, our internal component library built on top of MUI — including DataGrid wrappers, form inputs, banners, action bars, and layout primitives — with full Storybook documentation
• Building complex, config-driven form workflows across player profiling, identification, and account management, using a dynamic form rendering pattern with React Hook Form and Yup
• Developing feature-rich views across the platform — player management, bonus campaigns, executive KPI dashboards, and payment/wager transaction grids
• Managing layered application state across multiple Zustand stores (auth, player, bonus, drawer, notifications, timezone, account)
• Working with TanStack Query for server state, including custom query hooks for transactions, wallet balances, and campaign data
• Contributing to the establishment of a testing culture — helping introduce and grow unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage as the codebase matures toward production
• Participating in code reviews and architecture discussions, with a direct impact on how patterns evolve as we scale toward go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend development, with substantial React experience
• Strong command of modern React — hooks, composition patterns, and component architecture at scale
• Experience building or maintaining an internal design system or component library
• Solid understanding of MUI and its customization model (theming, overrides, MUI X Pro components)
• Experience with Zustand or similar lightweight state managers in complex applications
• Comfortable working in JavaScript (ES2020+) with ESLint and Prettier in a team codebase

Nice to Have

• Experience with config-driven or dynamic form patterns (React Hook Form / Yup or equivalent)
• Familiarity with TanStack Query or comparable server-state management solutions
• Experience with multi-operator or white-label platform architectures
• Background in backoffice, operations tooling, or iGaming platforms
• Exposure to Storybook-driven development and Chromatic visual regression testing
• Familiarity with i18next and multi-language/multi-market frontend setups
• Experience with Vite and modern frontend build tooling
