Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field. MCA (Computer Science/Application).

We are seeking a talented Senior Associate Backend Software Engineer to design and build scalable backend services and APIs. You will work on core platform components, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical brainstorming.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and multithreading.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with API gateways and service discovery.
• Understanding of caching technologies (Redis, Hazelcast).
• Exposure to performance and load testing.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, ownership, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
