The ideal candidate in this position is responsible for installing and maintaining Light & Wonder gaming equipment, including electronic gaming devices/slot machines, gaming tables, card shufflers, chip sorters, computer and networking devices, and other gaming equipment at the location of the customer. Under the general supervision of the Field Service Manager and Field Service Supervisor, Field Service Technician will perform advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve problems.

If your position requires you to work in the field, production, and/or warehouse, it is mandatory that you use the approved Personal Protective Equipment. This position requires you to work 40 hours per week on-site with alternating on-call weekend shifts.
