Position Summary

The person in this position is responsible for installation and repair of the L&W owned gaming devices at our Delaware casinos.

Essential Job Functions:

• Performs extensive field repair functions including installing, converting, removing equipment communications equipment and peripheral procedures, with little to no supervision.
• Be able to provide effective, professional oral or written communication to all customers, both internal and external.
• Accountable to respond to all service calls in a timely manner during your shift.
• Completes assigned training courses; assigned by Management Staff or Technical Training Dept.
• Performs basic computer skills.
• Must have be able to obtain and maintain Gaming/ Lottery licenses as required.
• Be able to provide effective, professional oral or written communication to all customers, both internal and external.
• Accountable to understand SG product software and applications. Be able to provide basic instructions, and/or answer customer questions.
• Must follow all Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) safety procedures and any additional state licensing regulations as applicable.
• Is accountable to notify supervisor / manager of any repairs or problems that need to be escalated.

Qualifications

Education

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

Years of Related Experience

• Four or more years of experience in the assembly, testing, or repair of electronic devices, or equivalent work experience and related gaming school certificate of completion or equivalent.
• Accountable for complete and accurate reports.
• Accountable to diagnosis and repair lottery and/or gaming products and peripherals, including signs, in a quick and timely manner. Repairs must meet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. If your position requires you to work in the field, production, and/or warehouse, it is mandatory that you use the approved Personal Protective Equipment.

• The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.
• May be required to work at any of the three (3) of the Delaware casinos.
