Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

Monitor order, data entry and shipment of part orders for international customers. Assist activities in the Part Sales Department at regional office with the corporate office. Works closely with the following functional areas to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled: Sales, Field Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Production and Finance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive, process and release customer orders, data entry of customer orders and warranty orders "Fromorder to cash".
• Assign customer queries and help them in their needs on spare parts. Provide information on partsavailability, prices, quotes …
• Spot-check orders to ensure shipment information is accurate and transactions are done correctly.
• Assist in commercial invoices through Oracle/Navision for Export to countries outside the European Union.
• Track part orders in Oracle/Navision
• Monitoring of orders for parts that have been left pending (backordered)
• Assist with purchase orders, shipping, and receiving and the maintenance of these orders when necessary
• Work closely with field service ensuring their needs are met, so that they can perform quality service at customer's locations.
• Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper processes are being used as set up for the Parts Department.
• Achieve customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to make sure we are meeting expectations

Experience:

• 3-5 Years of related experience in a Customer Service position
• Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Preferred Experience:

• Oracle knowledge
• International shipping documentation and INCOTERMS (Export / Import)
• French knowledge will be valued

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers/people
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to manage multiple task simultaneous

Physical Requirements: Office environment. Occasional exposure to warehouse.
