SaaS Account Manager (m/fx) – Amsterdam (Dutch-speaking)

As an Account Manager at Lightspeed, you won't just support accounts you'll build strong, lasting partnerships with our retail customers and help them unlock the full value of our platform. Your mission: grow customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue by becoming a trusted partner in their success.
Please note: this role is based in Amsterdam and follows a hybrid working model. We believe in flexibility, but we also value in-person collaboration.
What You'll Be Owning
- Portfolio growth: Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing Dutch-speaking clients, primarily in the Benelux market
- Customer success meets revenue: Drive value and expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, always with the customer's goals in mind
- Data-first mindset: Use CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce, Looker, and ChurnZero to identify opportunities and track client engagement
- Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as the voice of the customer across Product, Implementation, Support, and Marketing teams
- Continuous improvement: Share client insights and feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
What You Bring
- 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar B2B SaaS role
- Proven success managing an existing customer base and delivering against retention and growth targets
- Strong commercial mindset & understanding how your work impacts revenue
- Proactive, self-motivated, and great at building trust with a variety of stakeholders
- Business fluency in Dutch and English

- Experience in the retail or commerce tech space
- Familiarity with FinTech, payments, or multi-product SaaS platforms
