We're building a lean, sharp, and highly effective business that modernizes how B2B companies structure and scale their sales—from strategy to execution. We're now looking for a Founder who brings a dynamic mix of strategic thinking, operational grit, and a track record of building and selling across industries.

Tasks

1. Build and lead a lean, multi-functional team of consultants, SDRs, analysts, and creatives—balancing structure with experimentation.
2. Driver of the company's vision and execution across strategy, infrastructure, and lead generation services.
3. Shape go-to-market strategies and oversee implementation in early client projects to ensure product-market fit and rapid iteration.
4. Co-lead the development of scalable systems and operational playbooks across consulting and subscription service lines.

Requirements

1. You've already built something—whether it was a consulting gig, an agency, a SaaS prototype, a venture-backed startup or anything else.
2. You've worked across different industries and understand how to tailor value propositions and sales ops to diverse B2B contexts.
3. Your background goes beyond Sales—you might have touched growth, operations, product development, or client services.
4. You thrive in ambiguity, like to get your hands dirty, and know how to build with limited resources and high expectations.
5. Bonus if you've hired or led teams (or even contractors) before and can turn chaotic processes into repeatable structures.
6. You speak English and German (C2 or native.)
