As an Implementation Consultant, you'll serve as both a subject matter expert and technical systems resource, bridging the gap between complex benefits administration and seamless client experiences. You'll lead implementation projects, manage sophisticated data processing activities, and ensure our clients receive exceptional technical support throughout their benefits journey.
• 3-5 years in Benefits Administration industry, or as an Analyst/Operations Specialist
• Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with healthcare or group benefits concepts
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Excel including VLookup, Pivot Tables, and Macros
• Strong ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Experience with data processing and analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated, quality-conscious, and committed to meeting deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Working knowledge of SQL, MS Access, and/or VB
• BA/BS degree
• Project management background
• Previous experience with database management or data processing
• Experience in project coordination or administrative support roles
• Professional certifications in HR, benefits, or related fields (CEBS, SHRM, etc.)
• Experience working in a consulting or client services environment
• Understanding of compliance requirements in benefits administration
