In this hybrid role, you'll own both hiring and team member experience, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the right people to deliver exceptional care. What you'll do:

• Drive hiring & build pipeline
• Lead full cycle recruiting for caregivers and home care roles
• Source, screen, and hire top talent quickly to meet business needs
• Build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
• Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and keep positions filled
• Create an exceptional new hire experience
• Manage onboarding from offer to first day
• Lead new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the role
• Set team members up for success from day one
• Support team members & leaders
• Serve as the go to resource for HR questions, policies, and employee support
• Assist with employee relations, performance conversations, and engagement efforts
• Support benefits, leave administration, and HR processes
• Strengthen culture & retention
• Support recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Help create a workplace where team members feel valued and supported

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a hybrid role
• Experience in home care or high-volume hiring preferred
• Strong ability to move quickly while maintaining quality and candidate experience
