How you'll contribute

A People Services Generalist who excels in this role:

• Under the guidance and direction of the People Services Director, the People Services Generalist is responsible for enhancing department functions by planning, implementing, and developing training, onboarding, and employee orientation programs, the administration of employee benefits, payroll administration, and answer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies and procedures.

• Assists in the handling of employee relations issues, compensation, benefits, and retention.

What we're looking for Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• College degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.

TCRH is a 141-bed facility that includes acute care, ambulatory care and emergency services. TCRH is considered a rural hospital that serves a large Medicare population, as well as, a total population of approximately 60,000. We operate within a 100-mile radius.
