Schedule: PRN, variable hours per week, 8 hour shifts, day or afternoon shifts, must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per schedule

As an ED Care Technician will support the team in administrative functions and provide patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

How you'll contribute

An ED Care Technician PRN (CNA, EMT, LPN) who excels in this role:

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current state CNA certification, current state LPN licensure or current EMT-B state licensure. Additional requirements include:

• Experience as a CNA, LPN or EMT-B preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required (Available Upon Hire)
• Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required
