The Product Marketing team at Lifen ensures the link between the product, the market, and our users, to clarify our value proposition and accelerate adoption. We work on three main axes:
• Understand the needs: listen to customers and the market to know what really matters.
• Launch products successfully: prepare clear strategies for our solutions to be adopted.
• Explain simply what we do: define impactful messages that show how Lifen stands out.
Every day, we help the sales teams:
• By giving them tools (pitch deck, case studies, objection responses),
• By implementing business webinars to generate leads,
• By measuring the impact (campaign performance, satisfaction rate, usage rate of new features).
What you will do with us:
• Market discovery & customer knowledge: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and active monitoring to deeply understand clients, their journeys, and competitive dynamics, then share insights to guide the roadmap and positioning.
• Go-to-Market strategy & launches: Design and pilot launch plans (objectives, planning, content, comms) by coordinating Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS to maximize adoption and acquisition.
• Positioning & value proposition: Define/refine positioning, formulate ROI messages and arguments by persona, and conduct benchmarks to strengthen differentiation.
• Sales enablement & commercial performance: Produce and maintain sales assets (pitches, decks, sheets, cases, objections), train and equip teams, and animate rituals to boost conversion, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Analysis, reporting & continuous improvement: Track KPIs of adoption/usage/satisfaction/impact, analyze feedback, and deploy optimization or correction plans.
• Innovation & use of AI: Conduct monitoring and promote AI to accelerate marketing and commercial impact, evangelizing internal teams and clients.
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Marketing or product marketing (B2B, SaaS, health or tech).
• Experience in the healthcare sector (e-health, medtech, institution, publisher) or strong experience in complex B2B SaaS markets (data, legaltech, fintech, HR, insurance…).
• Ability to lead end-to-end cross-functional projects, challenge the roadmap, and prioritize independently.
• Strong business orientation: comfortable with ROI, value proposition, conversion, and sales relationship.
• Natural leadership, taste for collective work and cross-functional animation (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Curiosity, taste for innovation and the use of AI to automate workflow, ability to learn and transmit.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills (written and oral).
• Fluent French required, professional English preferred.
