As a Human Resources Director at Lifen, you will take charge of the HR transformation in a context of strong evolution: growth, integration of technological innovations (AI, automation), and regulatory issues specific to digital health.
Member of the Comex, you will play a key role in anticipating and accompanying the transformations of the organization, while ensuring the fulfillment of the teams and the collective performance.
Your mission:
Design and deploy an ambitious HR strategy, perfectly aligned with the business priorities and the mission of Lifen (simplifying healthcare through digital).

What you will do daily:
Be the HR relay of the business
You build the HR strategy to support Lifen's strategic priorities.
You accompany the growth, organizational transformations, internationalization projects or M&A, always ensuring alignment with the needs of the different teams.
Accompany and pilot change
You carry and succeed in complex projects (reorganizations, cultural transformation…) while ensuring the cohesion and evolution of the company culture.
Manage an engaged team
You lead an HR team composed of 3 CDI (Office & HR Generalist, Lead People Ops, Talent Acquisition) and 2 interns, while maintaining an agile and efficient organization.
Ensure HR operational
You directly involve yourself in the daily management of HR issues: administrative management of personnel (People Ops), recruitment, onboarding, talent development, social relations animation, social risk management.
You take charge of sensitive and complex files: individual and collective negotiations, conventional ruptures, litigation, disciplinary procedures, management of delicate social situations, support of reorganizations.
You support and advise managers in their daily issues: organization, social climate, talent management, training and professional development.

You actively participate in the diffusion and maintenance of our culture, in a context of rapid transformation.
Your profile
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources, including at least one successful experience as a Human Resources Director.
Career path within at least two different companies, confronted with varied and challenging HR realities.
Proven experience within a management team: you have already been a member of this type of team, or you have worked in direct collaboration with it.
Must Have: Leadership in managing major transformation projects (internationalization, mergers & acquisitions, etc.): you have played a key role in these projects.
Demonstrated track record in transforming HR practices through AI or automation.
Experience in the healthcare sector would be a real asset.

Leadership, ability to challenge and accompany the business.
Ease in managing the operational: you directly contribute to the activity, you know how to take the ground issues, and you are comfortable with a close-knit team.
Mastery of complex situations (social relations, negotiations, litigation, reorganizations…).
Pragmatic approach, rigor on processes, and ability to navigate uncertainty and set the right safeguards.
Must Have: Bilingual English/French.
