We are looking for a Retention Sales Manager who will maintain and develop the client base, strengthen long-term relationships with clients, increase their engagement and achieve results in a dynamic office environment. A professional is expected to demonstrate strong communication, developed sales skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships. The key focus will be phone sales, consultations, and support of existing clients, as well as actively expanding the client base through social networks and the company's Telegram channels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to existing clients of the company;
• Consulting on products and services, selecting optimal solutions;
• Conducting presentations and sales via phone calls;
• Actively expanding the client base: working with leads, social networks, and the company's Telegram channels;
• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and increasing their loyalty;
• Working with CRM and preparing sales reports.
