Up to now we have funded almost 50,000 small businesses with over $3bn - but we believe there is much more to be done.
The purpose of this role is to create dedicated capacity and expertise around serving the technical teams of our partners. Historically, we have seen that partner technical collaboration mostly happened during the onboarding stage. As we have onboarded more engaged, more technology driven partnerships – this has now changed, and we are seeing significant demand for ongoing improvements and integrations from existing partners.
As with many other organisations creating this role, it is experimental, and we expect it to change as we learn what is working.
