Temporary Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a reputable financial services company in Albuquerque, NM. This is a fully onsite, temporary position expected to last 2 to 3 months, providing front-line support to customers and assisting with a variety of account and service-related inquiries. The hourly rate is up to $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Assist clients with account information, transactions, and general service support.
• Accurately document interactions and follow up on customer requests as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
