Sr. HR Generalist

Seeking an HR Generalist for a temp position with our client near Ventura area. See details below.

Title: HR Generalist (hybrid schedule)

Location: Near Ventura area

Pay rate: $35-$40 hr. DOE

Employment type: Contract for 6 months plus

Job details:

  • HR-related transactions and system updates within HRIS (Workday) to support operational requirements.
  • Provide exceptional HR service delivery in alignment with established SLAs, demonstrating agility in response to evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with global partners to oversee international mobility, visa management, and compliance across diverse regions.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by supporting the creation, documentation, and automation of efficient HR processes.
  • Evaluate HR service performance through data analysis of metrics and KPIs, generating insights to drive process optimization and enhanced outcomes.
  • MS Office Suite, Workday

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Gen in a global environment.
  • Excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments, maintaining focus and adaptability under pressure.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks.
  • Adept at managing and resolving conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficient in HR systems, particularly Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Experienced in leveraging KPIs and SLAs to monitor performance and enhance service delivery.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
