Quality Engineer

Are you a hands-on Quality Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, industrial environments and enjoys working cross-functionally with suppliers, customers, and operations teams? This could be a great next step for you.

We're looking for a proactive quality professional to support supplier quality, customer quality issues, and internal warehouse operations, ensuring products and processes consistently meet quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead supplier quality activities, including NCRs, CAPA, and corrective actions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and returns
• Investigate and resolve quality concerns, including on-site customer visits
• Manage non-conforming material and oversee quarantine processes
• Partner with warehouse and supply chain teams to support inspections, inventory, and logistics quality
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide quality reporting to leadership
• Support new product introductions (NPI) for U.S. customers

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
• 2–5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role (manufacturing or industrial preferred)
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, NCRs, CAPA, and root cause analysis
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and suppliers
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer site visits
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality-related tools

Work Schedule: 100% on site

Compensation: $80-100k
