Patient Service Representative

LHH is working with a healthcare organization to hire a temporary Patient Service Representative. The hours are full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5PM with a 30-minute break.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patients with requests
• Checking patients in and out
• Providing necessary paperwork to patients as needed
• Assisting with any additional administrative/front desk tasks

Required Experience:

• At least one year of front desk experience from a medical environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and courteous phone demeanor
• Organized, reliable

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
