Part-Time HR Assistant

LHH is partnering with a client in Colfax searching for a Part-time HR Assistant to join their team! This role will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM and will be contract-to-hire paying $18-20/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between employees and department supervisors
• Set up new hires in Paycom
• Verify I-9 documentation
• Manage employee files/records
• Assist with Employee Engagement Committee events
• Act as first point of contact for employee questions

Qualifications:

• Must be open to part-time hours
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be trustworthy and understand confidentiality
• Must be a quick learner and able to work with multiple teams
