LHH is currently partnered with a local company to recruit for an Operations Support Specialist in Oakdale, CA. Here are the details below:

Operations Support Specialist – Onsite Oakdale, CA | Pay Rate: $20/hour | Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team onsite in Oakdale, CA. Reporting to the Manager of Material Planning, this role supports day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate reports using SAP/MS tools to research and match invoices with receipts.
  • Provide general office support including monitoring, researching, typing, filing, scanning, faxing, printing, copying, and answering calls.
  • Enter data into systems and spreadsheets with accuracy; draft emails, take notes, and participate in meetings.
  • Review files and records to provide requested information.
  • Communicate daily with employees, vendors, corporate contacts, and carriers.
  • Assist with special projects and problem-solving tasks, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Build knowledge continuously while supporting team goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to groups.
  • Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with reliable attendance.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
