Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding membership, products, and services, actively listening to identify member needs and concerns.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve member complaints or escalate issues when necessary, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Account Management: Assist members with account openings, updates, transactions, and eligibility verification, including checking, savings, IRAs, and HSAs.
Product and Service Guidance: Provide information on membership benefits, fees, policies, and processes; recommend and cross-sell products or services based on member needs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and feedback in company databases to ensure compliance and quality service.
Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales, technical support, or lending, to provide seamless service and support organizational goals.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
