Logistics Account Manager

LHH is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Logistics Account Manager to join our client's fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll be the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients, delivering elite service and building lasting relationships. If you thrive under pressure, solve problems proactively, and have a "customer first" mindset, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Maintain and grow professional relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and make strategic financial decisions aligned with company goals.
  • Meet monthly gross profit targets and expand account activity.
  • Build shipments in the TMS and schedule appointments for customer requirements.
  • Solve issues independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics account management or transportation operations – MUST HAVE FLATBED EXPERIENCE
  • Flatbed operations experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
