Human Resources Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our client's Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Dayforce HRIS, strong administrative skills, and a passion for employee engagement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and complete HR files and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation scheduling and ID badge coordination.
- Administer HRIS tasks such as payroll, PTO, leave tracking, and recruitment workflows using Dayforce.
- Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment coordination.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1+ years of HR or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS systems (Dayforce preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $46,675 – $59,536 annually
