HRIS Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid/Onsite as required) Duration: Contract – 6 months+

Position Overview: The HRIS Specialist will support the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS platform, with a strong focus on Ceridian Dayforce. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and seamless HR operations throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HRIS resource for Ceridian Dayforce, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Support HR and Payroll processes such as employee data management, job changes, reporting, and audits
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts as needed
  • Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements
  • Provide user support and guidance to HR and business stakeholders
  • Document HRIS processes, procedures, and workflows

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce (required)
  • Previous experience in an HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Systems role
  • Strong understanding of HR data, reporting, and system controls
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting payroll or benefits modules within Dayforce
  • Prior contract or project-based HRIS experience

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
