HRIS Advisor

LHH is actively seeking HRIS Advisors to join one of our top clients in Louisville! This will be a long term contract opportunity with our client and will be onsite at their Louisville location.

Job Summary The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role provides day-to-day system support to internal users, ensuring data accuracy, timely issue resolution, and reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support for HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms by responding to user requests via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve system-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform scheduled and ad hoc system activities, including mass data updates and routine maintenance.
  • Maintain data integrity by validating inputs, auditing records, and correcting discrepancies.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system procedures to support knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams to understand system needs and support operational workflows.
  • Escalate complex technical issues as needed and follow through to resolution.
  • Assist with testing and validation during system upgrades or enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HRIS, LMS, and/or ATS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with HR data privacy and confidentiality standards preferred.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.92 per hour
