HR Readiness & Mobilization Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid/Onsite – Offshore-Adjacent Operations) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: $24–$28/hour

LHH is partnering with an offshore operations client to support the addition of an HR Readiness & Mobilization Coordinator. This is an entry-level, coordination-focused role supporting HR readiness and mobilization activities across offshore operations.

This position is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing trackers, follow-ups, and status summaries in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Prior mobilization experience is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR readiness and mobilization activities for offshore personnel
  • Maintain accurate trackers, logs, and readiness documentation
  • Coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure milestones are met
  • Prepare concise status summaries and updates for meetings
  • Identify gaps or missing information and proactively escalate as needed
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across readiness materials
  • Support coordination efforts across HR, operations, and offshore-adjacent teams

Qualifications

Required:

  • 0–3 years of experience in HR administration, operations coordination, logistics, crewing, or offshore/onshore support roles
  • Strong Excel skills with comfort managing trackers and data accuracy
  • Experience preparing basic PowerPoint or written status summaries
  • Strong written communication and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Offshore drilling or offshore-adjacent operational exposure
  • Prior mobilization, readiness, logistics, or crewing coordination experience
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, HRIS, or readiness tracking tools
