HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, I-9s, and system setup
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS with accurate data (hires, terminations, changes)
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll
- Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and tracking candidates
- Assist with payroll processing, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Help coordinate employee events, training sessions, and HR projects
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of HR or administrative experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, or similar) preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Job Details:
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Employment Type: 3-4 month contract assignment
- Compensation: $28-31/hr.
