HR Coordinator

LHH is actively interviewing an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations for a 5-month onsite contract in the Queen Anne area of Seattle. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HR administrative experience who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Run and audit HR reports; support data accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate and track online training and required certifications
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support HR projects, audits, and general department needs as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of recent HR support experience (HR Assistant or HR Coordinator level)
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and running standard HR reports
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working fully onsite
  • Ability to commit to a full-time, 5-month assignment

Pay details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
