HR Coordinator

As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in both administrative and operational HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee support. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a positive impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process HRIS transactions (benefits, tax forms, direct deposit, hiring, terminations, etc.)
  • Assist with health and welfare plan administration (enrollments, changes)
  • Perform clerical duties: photocopying, mailing, scanning, emailing
  • Manage I-9 reverification and maintain employee documentation
  • Submit background checks and support onboarding
  • Maintain electronic employee files and assist with internal communications
  • Support employees and managers with system access issues (HRIS, payroll, retirement)
  • Handle offboarding tasks: payroll updates, benefits termination, separation letters
  • Coordinate bi-annual employee anniversary recognition
  • Track vehicle insurance and incident reports
  • Plan and execute select company events near headquarters
  • Manage open enrollment logistics and HRIS updates
  • Order annual compliance posters
  • Collaborate with safety personnel for OSHA reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination preferred

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
