HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes
  • Coordinate recruiting activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, background checks, and new-hire paperwork
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment support, and employee inquiries
  • Support payroll coordination, timekeeping, and data audits as needed
  • Respond to employee questions and direct matters appropriately while maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and documentation (I-9s, audits, policies)
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements
  • Partner with managers and HR leadership to ensure a positive employee experience

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrative role
  • Working knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and recruiting support
  • Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills and a high level of discretion

Details

  • Schedule: Onsite, M-F, 8-5 PM
  • Employment type: Contract to hire
  • Compensation: $23-25/hr.
  • Location: Dallas, TX 75244

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
