HR and Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our client's team in Bellevue. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll processing and HR operations, especially within regulated industries like healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
  • Maintain and audit benefits deductions and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Support HR functions including employee file management, reporting, and policy updates.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and HR support.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards.
  • Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.65 per hour
