E-Commerce Customer Service

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless customer experience across our digital platforms and fulfillment operations. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries and play a key role in coordinating with our warehouse and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Release website orders to the warehouse team for fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to orders, shipments, and returns.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse and Production departments to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely shipments.
  • Coordinate special print queue requests for multi-address and event-based orders.
  • Print and prepare custom labels for hotel and event shipments.
  • Manage canceled orders and communicate updates with the warehouse team.
  • Operate within our proprietary web software and NetSuite by Oracle to manage order flow and customer data.
  • Navigate between office and warehouse environments to facilitate returns, exchanges, and real-time communication.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in e-commerce customer service or order fulfillment preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working across digital platforms and physical warehouse settings.

Pay/Benefits

  • Pay is $45,000 - $55,000 dependent on experience.
